Holiday Events at Heritage Square

The holiday season at Heritage Square is bustling with exciting activities for visitors of all ages. Join us for guided tours, a thrilling Gingerbread House contest, and creative Gingerbread House workshops throughout December. Capture the spirit of the season by taking your family photos in the Square, a cherished tradition that has brought joy to countless families over the years.

Annual Gingerbread House Exhibit & Tours

From December to January, head over to Heritage Square Hall at 731 South A Street, where you can admire the Annual Gingerbread House Exhibit. The display will be available for viewing on select dates or by appointment. Evening and weekday group tours are also available upon request. While you're here, take advantage of our guided tour experience, which includes exploring the exteriors of the former houses with select interiors. Tours are priced at $5 per person, and the gingerbread exhibit viewing is free for all.

Climb aboard our double-decker trolley for an enchanting 50-minute guided tour that will take you through the captivating Gingerbread Exhibit at Heritage Square and Oxnard's Historic District's festive display of lights and décor along Christmas Tree Lane. The tour commences at Heritage Square, and we'll even provide you with refreshing beverages during the journey. Reservations are necessary to secure your spot.
